Anne-Lynn Teoh

Anne-Lynn works with couples facing relationship distress, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection and difficulties with communication or intimacy. She also supports individuals stuck in relational patterns shaped by their earlier experiences, including issues with family conflict, self-worth and boundaries. Anne-Lynn integrates attachment and somatic approaches with IFS within a trauma-informed, gender-sensitive and culturally attuned framework, She pays particular attention to family-of-origin, gender expectations and bicultural experiences, as informed by her own lived experience.
