About the Relational Life Foundation
Our Mission: We make relational skills accessible to everyone through affordable therapy and education grounded in Relational Life Therapy so that cost, culture, or circumstance never stand in the way of relational healing.
What is relational health?
- Conflict does not escalate into rupture
- Boundaries are respected
- Accountability builds trust
- Generational patterns can be interrupted
The 3 Pillars of Relational Life Foundation
Research Initiatives
We conduct original therapeutic research, based-on Relational Life Therapy (RLT), to understand its transformative impact, inform our programs, and be included in APA education and clinical training programs globally.
Accessible Education
Each month, we award two 50% scholarships toward certification through Relational Life Institute (RLI) to practitioners, therapists, and coaches who are ready to bring the principals of RLT into their communities.
Affordable Therapy
Affordable, skills-based support for individuals, couples and families. Five focused RLT sessions designed to help you communicate more clearly, take accountability, and begin repairing what feels stuck.
How we fit into the Relational Life movement
