Alena works with couples experiencing a range of issues from communication (high conflict or disconnection) to betrayals to navigating major differences and life transitions. She is especially skilled in working with couples where one or both partners has anxiety, low self-esteem or grandiosity, or where issues outside the couple such as extended family, work, or children are impacting the couple’s relationship.
