Celeste helps individuals and couples move beyond protective patterns, resentment, and disconnection to create deeper emotional intimacy, trust, and lasting safety in their relationships. Drawing on specialized training in anxiety and trauma resolution, as well as evidence-based communication skills, she helps clients heal the shame, anger, grief, and fear that often accompany the process of relational healing. Celeste also offers one-day intensives for individuals and couples at her office in Lafayette, Colorado.
